Our agreement to keep our student platform safe, respectful, and open for everyone.
To maintain the authenticity of the platform, all active administrators managing the public Facebook page must be verified as bona fide currently enrolled students or official faculty members of Marinduque National High School. This ensures that those leading the daily digital conversation are direct, active members of the campus community.
The primary duty of an administrator is to act as a neutral gatekeeper. Administrators must filter submissions strictly to protect student safety while simultaneously upholding the right to free expression. All moderators are bound to perform their duties without personal bias, favoritism, or prejudice. Personal friendships, conflicts, or student affiliations must never influence whether a submission is approved or rejected.
When a student administrator graduates, transitions, or departs from
their role, they are granted a strict, non-extendable caretaker transition period of up
to 30 days to complete a secure handover to a qualified, active student successor.
Student administrators are strictly prohibited from holding page credentials beyond this
limit.
If no qualified successor is formally appointed within this 30-day window,
credentials must immediately revert to the Founding Team, who will hold the platform in
"Active Caretaker Status" indefinitely to prevent platform shutdown, maintain technical
security, and protect user data until a verified active student is formally vetted.
New active student administrators must be vetted based on verified school enrollment, overall maturity, alignment with the Neutral Gatekeeper Principle, and dedication to safeguarding student privacy.
The administration is bound by a strict, unbreakable covenant of secrecy. Under no circumstances shall an administrator attempt to trace, expose, or reveal the identity of an anonymous sender, unless a submission contains a direct, credible threat to the life or immediate physical safety of a student. Any digital metadata associated with submissions must be regularly cleared to preserve user anonymity.
If a sender accidentally includes their own real name or highly
sensitive personal identifiers within a confession, the administrator is obligated to
redact this information before posting.
Furthermore, if a student can provide
reasonable proof that they authored a posted submission (such as a screenshot of their
portal's "Sent Confirmation" screen) or is the subject of a post and requests its
removal, the administrator must comply and delete the post immediately (within 12 to 24
hours) without question.
Any submission displaying a student's or teacher's face without their explicit consent will be immediately rejected. Screenshots of private conversations must be heavily blurred by the admin to hide profile pictures and personal names before publication.
Submissions containing hate speech, discrimination, or targeted attacks based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or socio-economic background are strictly prohibited and will be permanently discarded. Content that serves no constructive purpose other than to degrade an individual's dignity has no place on this platform.
Any submission that names or points to a specific student, teacher, or staff member for the purpose of ridicule, public shaming, relationship-shaming, or cyberbullying will be immediately rejected. The feed must not be used as a weapon to settle personal conflicts or humiliate members of the community.
In contrast to negative call-outs, submissions that name specific students for the purpose of harmless crush confessions, respectful compliments, or positive shoutouts (e.g., "kilig" entries, polite courting requests) are warmly welcomed. However, the administrator will immediately reject any romantic shoutout that crosses the line into sexual harassment, obsessive tracking, or causes visible discomfort or distress to the named individual.
The administration will not publish unverified rumors, gossip, or malicious hearsay that could damage the reputation of the school institution, its student organizations (e.g., the SSLG), or individual staff members. If an announcement contains incorrect details regarding school schedules, the admin may reject the post or edit it with a clear correction attached.
While healthy, authentic student expressions are encouraged, excessive or gratuitous profanity that adds no value to the message may be censored or rejected. Detailed descriptions of violence, explicit sexual acts, or illicit drug use are strictly prohibited and will be filtered immediately.
Submissions serving as general moral reminders or student ethics warnings (e.g., discussions about academic honesty, classroom thefts, or general campus conduct) are permitted. These are viewed as contributions to the school's collective standards rather than harassment, provided they remain pangkalahatan (general in nature) and do not attempt to target, dox, or shame a specific individual.
The platform shall never be used as a public colosseum for organized shaming campaigns or "witch hunts" against specific individuals. If a serious conflict or feud erupts between student groups, the administrator must halt the publication of all related posts immediately to stop public escalation. Senders will be guided to resolve personal disputes through private mediation, or escalated to the Guidance Office if the conflict crosses into online harassment.
While constructive student feedback regarding curriculum structures or teaching styles is permitted, personal attacks targeting a teacher’s private life, appearance, or family are strictly banned. All feedback directed toward faculty members must remain professional and respectful.
Submissions are warmly welcomed in English, Tagalog, Taglish, and Marinduqueño to ensure that every student can express themselves in their most natural tongue. Brief editorial translations may be added to local slang if needed for clarity.
To prevent the page feed from being overwhelmed by repetitive topics or a single user, the administration reserves the right to limit the frequency of submissions approved from a single sender within a 24-hour window. Submissions are processed in the order received, although urgent, time-sensitive school announcements may be prioritized.
All submissions must directly relate to the Marinduque National High School student experience—including academic rants, classroom dynamics, student milestones, or positive social interactions. Off-topic, spam, or external link promotions completely unrelated to MNHS will be discarded.
The page administrators reserve the right to manually promote legitimate, student-owned small businesses (e.g., hand-made crafts, student beadwork, tutorials) to support the student economy. These manual, curated promotions are strictly separate from any automated third-party website ads.
During major school seasons (such as Intramurals, Prom, or graduation weeks), the administration reserves the right to prioritize festive, relevant, and time-sensitive confessions to match the campus spirit.
The Administrators have exclusive authority to determine the platform,
delivery frequency, and exact hours for uploading batch messages (e.g., standard posting
blocks versus emergency maintenance pauses).
Any temporary or permanent changes
to this publication timeline (due to exam weeks, academic breaks, or school facility
issues) must be formally and publicly announced on our primary feed to keep the
community informed.
If a submission indicates that a student is suffering from extreme academic burnout, anxiety, depression, or severe emotional distress, the administrator will prioritize attaching helpful, supportive notes and listing contact information for the MNHS Guidance Office or national mental health hotlines alongside the post.
In emergency cases where a submission contains a credible, immediate threat of self-harm, suicide, or physical violence, the absolute anonymity rule is temporarily suspended. The administrator is legally and morally mandated to immediately retrieve any available routing logs and escalate the matter directly to the MNHS Guidance Office or school authorities to save lives.
Senders retain the moral ownership of their original words but grant the MNHS ngl platform a non-exclusive, perpetual right to display and archive the text on our digital channels. Senders are highly encouraged to credit authors when sharing copyrighted poems, lyrics, or essays.
Students who submit original poems, prose, or digital artworks anonymous-style retain the moral rights to their creations. Senders are protected from plagiarism, and administrators are strictly forbidden from claiming credit for any creative submissions.
This platform is an independent, student-led community project and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the administration, faculty, or official bodies of Marinduque National High School. All submitted content reflects the personal views of the individual contributors and not the platform's administrators.
Followers, teachers, and students are always encouraged to message the admin inbox if they spot an uploaded post that violates these guidelines. The administration commits to reviewing and resolving all reported posts within a strict 12-hour window.
To maintain complete community trust, the technical team may periodically publish general statistics (e.g., total submissions received, approved, and rejected) to show how the guidelines are being applied in real-time.
Flooding the submission box with repetitive messages, scripts, or automated spam to force a post is strictly prohibited. The system will automatically log, shadow-ban, or permanently block the routing metadata of users who violate this protocol.
While active posting on our primary social channels is designed to be
managed by active MNHS student administrators under a temporary tenancy, non-founding
student administrators must surrender all administrative roles, credentials, and page
access immediately upon graduation or departure from the school.
In the absence
of an active, verified, and qualified student successor, the Founding Team is
permanently authorized to assume active administrative control, moderation, and posting
operations on the Facebook Page. The Founding Team retains permanent, exclusive
ownership of the underlying technical infrastructure, database logs, and system servers
to safeguard student data privacy and maintain the ecosystem.
Notwithstanding any graduation transitions or caretaker limitations, the Founding and Technical Team is permanently authorized to maintain, manage, and moderate the underlying system database, web servers, and designated auxiliary Web Portal channels. Because these components serve as the critical technical lifeline of the platform, the Founding Team is permitted to process and post approved submission batches to keep the system active, secure, and accessible. The strict standards of anonymity, safety, and neutrality under this Charter apply directly to all such operations.
No administrator may exploit their position to prioritize posts of their friends, target personal rivals, or run personal agendas. The platform is a democratic, neutral space where every respectful voice has an equal right to be heard.
Submitting a message to our portal is a request, not a guarantee of publication. The administrator reserves the final right of discretion to reject entries that threaten community safety, undermine campus peace, or violate the ethics laid out in this Charter. Ignorance of these guidelines is not an excuse for violations.
The Founding and Technical Team retains the absolute, unilateral authority to amend, expand, or update this Community Charter at any time to preserve platform integrity, security, and alignment with technical advancements. Because of the critical need for quick technical decision-making, updates do not require public presentation, student body votes, or community consultation. Updated rules will officially take effect exactly 24 hours after a public announcement is made on our channels.
While the platform is eager to collaborate with the SSLG, school organizations, and school clubs to post official bulletins, the admin team retains absolute editorial independence to protect the true, uncensored, and organic voice of the MNHS student body.
